›Is there a free trial?
No need. The Free plan is permanent and gives you calendar, planner and thumbnails for one project. When you need to upload raw footage or manage more projects, upgrade to Starter from €9.99.
›Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card at all. You sign up and start using it. You only add payment details if you decide to upgrade.
›What if it's just me, with no team yet?
Horus works solo too. Plan your videos, track your pipeline and organize your thumbnails on your own, then invite an editor or a thumbnail designer the day you bring someone on.
›Any commitment?
Zero. You pay month to month and cancel anytime from your dashboard.
›What happens to my files if I cancel or downgrade?
If you cancel your subscription you have 30 days to download your content. We email you when 7 days remain and again on the last day. Past that deadline without reactivating, all data and files are permanently deleted.
If you want to downgrade, your storage must be below the new plan's limit. Free up space by removing what you no longer need, or stay on your current plan.
