Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the Horusplatform (the «Service»), available at joinhorus.com. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms in full.

Language of record: the Spanish version of these Terms is the authoritative one for legal interpretation. This English version is provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the Spanish text prevails.

1. Service provider

Pursuant to art. 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE), the provider of the Service is:

2. What Horus is

Horus is a SaaS platform for internal management of YouTube creators and agencies. It bundles the following modules:

  • Video calendar with kanban pipeline
  • Raw footage (storage for unedited files)
  • Thumbnails (task and delivery management)
  • Weekly planner
  • Team payments and invoices
  • Sponsors and intros
  • Team management with role-based permissions

Horus does not publish content to YouTube or any third-party service on your behalf. It has no official integration with YouTube, Frame.io or similar platforms. It is an internal organisation tool.

3. Account and users

3.1 Sign-up

Anyone 16 years of age or older may create a manager account by completing the sign-up form. We send a verification email; the account stays active even if unverified, but certain features may require verification in the future.

3.2 Multi-role

The same email can be a manager of their own agency and at the same time a team member of another manager. Each role has different permissions over each client's data.

3.3 Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password secret. If you suspect your account has been compromised, reset it via /forgot-password and let us know at support@joinhorus.com.

4. Plans and payments

Horus offers a permanent Free plan and monthly paid plans Starter (€9.99), Pro (€24.99) and Agency (€59.99). Listed prices exclude VAT: tax is calculated and added automatically at checkout according to the tax legislation that applies in your country. The invoice issued by Stripe breaks down the base amount and the tax.

  • No lock-in. You can cancel the subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  • Charges. Billed in advance at the start of each billing period through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
  • Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
  • Refunds. We don't refund months already charged unless required by law or unless the charge is clearly wrong.
  • Payment failure. If a charge fails we'll retry it during a reasonable grace period; after that the account is downgraded to Free until you settle.

5. User content

Everything you upload to Horus (files, thumbnails, text, client data, etc.) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models, do not sell it to third parties and do not share it for advertising.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Horus to:

  • Store illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Upload copyrighted material without holding the rights to do so
  • Attack, scan or attempt to compromise the infrastructure
  • Send spam or phishing, or impersonate others
  • Resell the Service without written authorisation

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules, giving reasonable notice unless the case is urgent (severe abuse, legal request).

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep Horus available 24/7, but we do not commit to a contractual SLA. There may be maintenance windows, isolated incidents or downtime caused by upstream providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Stripe, Resend). We run daily encrypted backups of the database.

8. Service changes

We may add, modify or remove features. Material changes (prices, plans, conditions) will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Minor changes apply when published.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided «as is». To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect loss of profits, revenue, data or reputation
  • Data loss caused by misuse, external attacks or deletion by the user
  • Damage caused by integrated third-party services (payment, storage, email providers)

Our maximum liability towards you, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

10. Cancellation and data deletion

You can cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • We keep your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.
  • After that period we delete personal data and uploaded files, except what we are legally required to retain (Spanish tax law: invoices for at least 4 years).
  • You can also request immediate deletion by writing to support@joinhorus.com, or using the Danger zone at Profile → Security.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the parties submit to the Courts of the consumer's domicile when you act as a consumer; in all other cases, to the competent Spanish Courts.
