The homepage has been rebuilt around the product's real workflow: one Calendar with Planner, Kanban and Month views, files and raw footage organized by video, script versions, thumbnails, payments, sponsors, permissions and workload. The visual demos have also been updated to reflect the current product more accurately.

The permissions table was still split into two modules, Planner and Calendar, long after they became a single tab with three views. It is now one Calendar block with its permissions grouped by view, Planner on one side and Kanban and Month on the other, and the columns no longer repeat “View”, “Edit” and “Drag” without saying which view they refer to. What each role can do stays the same: same setup, better explained.

Every planner slot is born with its video card, yet creating one only checked the edit planner permission. A role with create cards taken away could still create them from the planner. Both are now checked, the same way deleting a slot already required the delete raw footage permission.

Creating a recurring payment whose payment day had already arrived or passed this month left the first receipt announced with an overdue date that never actually got generated. It now starts the following month and the list shows the real next payment date.

An invited member signing in with Google could end up with an empty agency under their name, as if they had signed up on their own. An account born from an invitation now always stays a team member; anyone who wants their own agency creates it from their panel.

Inside a project there was an empty strip above the bar with the project name and module, and scrolling made the bar swallow that gap all at once. It now starts flush with the top, so the jump is gone and you get back a bit of usable screen height.

The tab counter was adding the Drive folder as if it were another piece of footage: two files inside showed up as "Raw footage (3)". The folder now gets its own block at the top of the tab, with the "Open folder" button and how many files are inside, and it no longer counts, because it is where the material lives rather than material itself. Below it, each source sits in its own labelled block with its own counter ("Uploaded to Horus", "In Google Drive", "External links"), so the tab number breaks down at a glance.

Until now, inviting someone with view-only access created a private room for them in the server that stayed empty forever: people who only watch get no tasks and upload nothing. Those rooms are no longer created, and the ones already there are removed on the next sync. If the member also holds a working role, that room stays untouched.

Profile → Notifications has a new switch: get an email when files are uploaded to the Drive folder of a video where you are the editor or the scriptwriter. Each person turns it on for themselves and it starts off. One email per batch, listing every video of yours and what landed in each, so a shooting day does not turn into twenty emails. It needs email notifications to be on in your profile.

Projects with Google Drive and Discord on get a “drive-log” room: new files and who uploaded them, folders created, renamed or moved to Published. The whole team can read it and only Horus writes, one message per sync pass instead of one per file. The manager is only mentioned when new footage lands; renames and moves are recorded without pinging anyone.

When a video moved to “Raw ready” because files landed in its Drive folder, the notification said you had moved it. It now reads “Horus (detected in Drive)”, which is what actually happened. On top of that, a manager who is also the video's editor now gets that notification instead of missing it.

Video folders no longer hang straight off the channel: they now live inside a “Raw” folder, one per channel (“Raw Valorant”, “Raw CS2”…). That leaves the channel free for whatever folders you keep yourself, like resources or loose material, without mixing them with what Horus manages. Existing folders move themselves on the next pass and any links you already shared keep working, since they do not depend on the name or the location.

The project's archive folder is now called “🗑️ Published”. Video folders already carried their state mark up front (🎥 ⏳ ✅) and this one was missing it, so among the project folders it is now obvious which one holds what already went out. The rename applies itself, nothing to touch in Drive.

As soon as someone uploads something to a video's Drive folder, its link shows up among the raw footage links on the video page, tagged “Drive” so you can tell it apart. Links you added by hand are left alone: the Drive one is appended to the list. And in the planner, right-clicking a slot now offers “Open in Drive”, which takes you straight to that video's folder.

On a planner slot linked to a video, the editor that counts is the one on the video itself: the one shown on the card and the one who gets the notifications. The month summary and the payment, however, were still reading whoever was set on the slot, so changing the editor from the video left the money under the previous one, and a slot with nobody set counted for no one even when its video had an editor. All three now read the same place. Worth reviewing the month summary: an amount may move to a different person, and that one is correct.

Google Drive folders now show what each video needs at a glance: the name starts with 🎥 when it is still to record, ⏳ while it waits for footage, and ✅ as soon as there are files inside. Whoever records opens Drive and sees where the raws go without opening a single folder. And once a video is marked as published, its folder moves itself into “Published”, a separate project folder with one subfolder per channel, leaving the raw uploads area with ongoing work only. If a video goes back a step on the board, its folder comes back with it.

Thumbnail makers can now be paid per thumbnail. Project settings has its own rate list, separate from editing rates: a simple thumbnail on a hard video is still a simple thumbnail. The default rate is applied to every new thumbnail and can be changed on the thumbnail itself. It counts once the thumbnail is approved or published, and it shows up in the month's payment next to editing, broken down by rate. Whoever edits and makes their own thumbnails sees both lines on the same payment.

New per-project switch, off by default. With it off nothing changes: work counts on the day the slot sits in the planner. Switched on, neither the editing nor the thumbnail of that video counts until the video is marked as published, so a delayed video is paid in full the month it goes out, not the month it was planned for. A standalone thumbnail with no video behind it still counts on its delivery date: there is no publication to wait for.

If a video has been sitting in "Scheduled" for two days with its publish date already past, the manager gets a heads-up. It keeps cards from getting stuck on the board and, with pay-on-publish enabled, stops an editor from going unpaid because nobody moved the card.

The Google Drive card of each project now sets how video folders are named: after the slot title, as before, or after the planner publish date. Four date formats are available: 2026-09-15, 2026-09-15 followed by the title, 15-09-2026 and TUESDAY 15 SEPTEMBER. With the date option, moving the slot to another day renames the folder on its own. A video with no date yet keeps its title.

Turn it on per project from Modules. Horus keeps one folder per project, channel and video inside your Drive, and renames them on its own when the planner slot changes. As soon as someone drops a file into a video folder, the video turns ready for the editor and the notice goes out. Anything kept in Drive does not use up plan storage.

The planner guide and the editor guide have a new stop on the brief, so it does not stay hidden behind its two-line preview.

A brief or a title with a long run of text without spaces (or a very long link) used to spill out of its card and stretch the page sideways. The line now wraps and continues below, like any other text.

In the side column of the video page the brief is now a two-line preview. Pressing "View brief" opens it above the material at full width, which is where a paragraph reads properly instead of turning into a narrow strip; editing happens right there, in a large text box. If there is no brief yet and you can write one, the button takes you straight into writing.

Each tab on the video page now counts only its own material: Raw footage no longer adds the script, the resources or the recording video, and Recording video shows its number too. The tabs sit above both columns, so the video data column starts at the same height as the material instead of looking off.

The same information showed up three times: four status boxes at the top, the tabs below, and every category again inside Files. The status now lives in a coloured dot on each tab (green if it is in, amber if it is waiting, grey if there is nothing), the Files tab is now called Raw footage and holds only what was shot, and the assigned people, the brief and the links move to a side column that uses the width that used to sit empty. The brief only shows up when there is something written or when you can write it.

Script, resources and raw footage all opened the video page on the same tab, so you had to go looking for whatever you had just asked for. Each option now opens its own tab, and a "View raw footage" entry sits next to the zip download.

People invited to a project found a permanent “Create my agency” entry in the menu, and many clicked it thinking it was part of signing up: they ended up with an empty agency next to the project they actually work on. That link no longer shows in the menu for anyone collaborating on a project, it now lives in My profile with a note saying it is not needed to keep working where you already are and only makes sense if you are going to run new projects of your own. If you still create it from there, you have to tick a box confirming it is a separate account, with its own plan and its own billing. And anyone reaching the sign-up form with an already invited email is now told to sign in to see their invitations, instead of a bare “that email is already in use”.

Until now everyone who did not run the project got the same guide, so thumbnail designers sat through the raw footage explanation while nobody showed them their own board. The guide is now picked by the role you hold on the project. Editors walk through the footage, uploading their delivery, the current script and the resources. Thumbnail designers go straight to the thumbnail board: how to open a card, where the brief and references are, where proposals go and what each column means up to Approved. Scriptwriters focus on the Script tab and on how every delivery is kept as a version. Anyone holding several jobs walks their main one and picks up the other's stops at the end, so nobody misses their own screen.

The starting guide now also shows how footage goes in, as a file or as a link to an external drive. On top of it there are two new guides that start on their own the first time you reach their screen. The Project settings one walks through inviting someone, what each role can do (including the difference between Project admin and Content manager, which comes down to who sees payments) and how you split who works on which channel. The Notifications one explains the Discord setup end to end: linking the bot without copying any ID, picking the general channel and switching on auto-provisioning, which builds one category per project channel inside your server and a private channel per member with permissions already set. When moving between screens, the guide now says it is loading instead of vanishing for a moment.

The role and Payments copy took for granted that team money is tracked here. It is not required: keep payments out of Horus and everything else works exactly the same, and the copy now says so.

When a stop pointed at something your project does not have switched on (the Discord block with notifications off, for instance), the guide skipped it but took nearly a second each time, and several in a row left the screen dimmed with nothing to read for a few seconds. They are now discarded on the spot and, if it still takes a moment, you can see it is looking.

Creating your first project no longer drops you into an empty dashboard. You answer four questions (your own channel or someone else's, name, format, and how many videos you publish per week) and Horus sets up the project, the channel and the first week of the planner. Then a guided tour takes over, and it does not stay on one screen: it starts on the planner, walks you into a video card and opens its tabs one by one (raw footage, script, resources, base video, people), and ends on the kanban and the thumbnail board. Every stop highlights the real element and explains what it is and what it is for, including changing a slot status yourself. The team gets its own shorter version. It is skippable, and you can replay it any time from your user menu.

Project, channel, slot, statuses, raw footage, thumbnail, member, tier and sponsor explained in writing at /help, so you can look them up without replaying the tour.

When confirming a sensitive action with your password, a typo showed an internal label instead of the warning. It now clearly says the password is wrong, in both English and Spanish.

If you lose your phone, you can now sign in with a backup code and, from your profile, turn 2FA off or generate 10 new codes without needing the app. The security screen also tells you how many unused backup codes you have left.

If a member only has videos on 0 € tiers, they no longer show up in the planner's monthly summary with a meaningless "0.00 €". Only what's actually paid is counted and shown, and if there's nothing to pay that month, the summary is hidden.

In your profile, the Discord user ID field now only accepts the number. If you type your username, the field turns red and tells you, instead of saving it and silently leaving you without mentions.

A channel marked as vertical content doesn't use thumbnails, but they still slipped through in two cases: when the video was created before a channel was assigned, and in Discord, where a vertical channel's category got a thumbnail room and a horizontal editing room. The thumbnail now waits until the channel is known, and in Discord a vertical channel only opens the vertical editor's room (and a horizontal one, the horizontal editor's). Existing rooms and thumbnails are left untouched.

Every so often, and almost always on the hour or half hour, the same notification went out to Discord twice in a row. Two delivery processes overlapped, picked up the same notification from the queue and both sent it. Each notification is now claimed by whichever process gets there first, so the second one skips it and it goes out only once.

Hovering the icon-only menu showed just the symbol: the Horus wordmark and the version number were missing. The header now stretches with the panel and shows them in full.

With the menu as icons there was no room for your name, email and role: they were cut down to a single letter. You now get just your initial there, like projects, and clicking it opens your details and options.

The notice spanned the whole bottom strip even though only the centred card was visible, so it swallowed clicks on anything underneath. It showed up mostly on your name at the foot of the menu, which wouldn't open until you accepted cookies. It now only takes clicks on the card itself.

With the menu collapsed and opened on hover, clicking your name closed the panel instead of opening your options. The panel now only closes when you navigate somewhere else.

With the menu collapsed, moving your pointer over it opened the full menu on top and covered the very button you were about to click, so the click just closed that panel and nothing expanded. The button now stays in front and responds on the first click.

The dashboard now opens with the menu as icons, so your content gets the full width from the start. If you'd rather have it open, expand it with the button and it stays that way on your next visits. Clearing your browser cookies brings back the collapsed start.

Collapsing or expanding the menu and then reloading sent it back to its previous state, as if you hadn't touched it. Your choice was being saved correctly but ignored on load. It now sticks.

In the calendar, thumbnails and the planner, if your window is 2000px wide or less (a 1080p monitor, for instance) the menu collapses to icons when you go in and opens back up when you leave. If you collapse or expand it yourself in one of those views, your choice wins and is remembered next time, without touching your usual menu setting everywhere else.

Some projects showed a red dot on Calendar that there was no way to clear: the counter was also looking at videos that are no longer on the kanban (taken out of the pipeline or archived), so there was no card on screen to act on. The alert now counts exactly the videos you see on the board. Publish-date emails and notifications follow the same rule.

When viewing two weeks side by side, the column with the longest titles grew on its own and pushed everything below it down, leaving projects at different heights from one week to the next. Each project now shares the same row in both columns, so Valorant sits opposite Valorant even when one week has three-line titles.

With the menu collapsed, move the pointer over the icon strip and the full menu opens on top of the content: projects, channels and modules. You navigate the same way collapsed or expanded, with no need to expand it just to switch project.

There is a button at the top of the menu to collapse it. Collapsed it shows icons only and takes a quarter of the width: management sections, your project avatars and, below them, the modules of whichever project you pick, alerts included. Your choice is remembered.

On 1080p screens the columns were squeezed until unreadable, or split into two rows and lost the stage order. They now stretch when there is room and scroll horizontally when there isn't, always in a single row.

Sometimes the panel would open with the tab stuck loading and project logos showing as empty colour squares. Each logo opened two server requests on every page load and was never cached, so under load they piled up and hung. The image is now served in one go and cached by the browser for a day, and if it still fails you get the project initial instead of a blank square.

The slot text field is now called Idea / Title and stays short, so the grid, the kanban and Raw footage remain readable. Below it there is a Description field for the angle, references or anything the team should know: it is saved as the video brief and only shows up on the video page, without taking space in the other views.

A sponsor can now pay for a total number of integrations (for example, once 40 intros are done) instead of a monthly quota. Its card keeps a running total across months and, once the pack is completed, you can start a new one from the sponsor's settings without losing the history. The Total card still counts the monthly commitment only.

The upcoming-publish alert now arrives 1 hour before the scheduled time (previously 24 hours), for both videos and thumbnails. Videos in "In review" no longer trigger delay or upcoming-date alerts for the team: once the video is delivered, the delay is not on the editor. Delivered thumbnails were already excluded.

The Resources section of the video page now lets you add links (Drive, Notion…) with an optional label, on top of uploading files. Before, resource links could only be set from the planner or calendar card. They can also be removed right from the page.

The "Is this something already planned?" picker now also offers planner slots whose card exists but is still empty. Picking one saves the footage, script and details into that card instead of creating a duplicate video. Both paths (uploading from the list or from the planner) end up in the same place.

1Password and similar tools offered to autofill credit cards in the A/B/C titles and the brief of thumbnail cards. Those fields now explicitly signal they are not a payment form.

Videos with a planner slot (or a publish date on their card) now show a badge with the day and time they go live, in the project's timezone. Before, you had to open the video card or the calendar to find out.

Uploading the final thumbnail and then moving the card to "Delivered" sent two nearly identical pings. Now, if the status change comes right after an upload by the same user, only the "Thumbnail delivered" ping is sent, which also includes the file name.

The project's Client Admin no longer gets pings for video status changes or published videos: they can see every channel by default, so those pings were just noise. They still get notified about what needs their action: a script or material ready to record, tasks assigned to them, and their due dates.

The planner computed "today" in UTC, so between midnight and 2:00 (CET) it still highlighted the previous day. The month view used each viewer's browser time zone, so a member in another country could see a different day highlighted. Both views now use the agency's configured time zone, like the rest of the calendar.

If a video with an assigned editor got its footage as an external link (Drive, Dropbox...) by editing the video, it stayed in "Footage" and had to be moved by hand. Adding the link now advances the video to "Footage ready" automatically, same as when the file is uploaded to Horus.

When creating a video with linked footage (Drive, Dropbox...) and an editor already assigned, the editor got two pings at once: the new task and the change to "Footage ready". They now get a single new-task notification with the stage included, same as when assigned from the kanban.

Published videos no longer mix with work in progress: they now sit in a "Published" collapsible at the bottom of the Footage list, folded by default. Their files are still there and can be downloaded as usual when expanded.

The ZIP with all files of a video was generated by compressing the content, which is useless for video (it is already compressed) and capped the download at a few MB/s. The ZIP now just bundles the files without recompressing, so the download runs as fast as your connection allows.

Assigning an editor to a video that already has footage sent two notifications at once: "New task assigned" and "Raw → Footage ready". Now a single one arrives: the status change, titled "New task assigned: video" for the editor. Same rule as thumbnails leaving "Waiting for brief".

Big cleanup of the notification system. "Due soon" and "overdue" alerts now arrive ONCE per video or thumbnail (they used to repeat daily while pending; changing the date re-arms a single new alert). Kanban status changes only notify whoever has to act: "Footage ready" goes to the editor, "In review" and "Scheduled" to the manager and admins; scriptwriters no longer get pinged about phases they're not part of. Publishing a video sends a single "Video published" notice (two nearly identical ones used to go out). And when editing a script, only the first version notifies: revisions are saved silently.

Moving a thumbnail out of "Waiting for brief" with an assigned designer sent two nearly identical notifications at once: "New task assigned" and "Thumbnail status changed". Now a single one arrives: the status change, titled "New task assigned: thumbnail" for the designer (for the rest of the team it stays a regular status change).

Creating planner slots with an editor or scriptwriter assigned sent a "new task assigned" notification per slot, so laying out the month's calendar flooded Discord with pings before there was anything to do. Planning is now silent, and that includes assigning people to a card that has no material yet: the assignment is saved and the team gets notified when there is actual material (raw footage or files uploaded, kanban status changes).

When creating a card linked to a planner slot that was already in "In review" (or beyond), the editor and scriptwriter got a "new task assigned" notification even though their work was already done. These retroactive cards no longer send any notification; cards with pending work keep notifying as usual.

Until now, the person who gets the "script ready" or "base video ready" notification (and shows as "to record" in lists) could only be chosen when creating the video. Now it can be changed at any time from the People card on the video page, by checking or unchecking members. With nobody checked, the notification goes to the project admin, as always.

The "Planned without material" group in Raw footage no longer shows videos that are Published: if the video is already out, that footage is never coming and the entry was just noise. Nothing is deleted, the card stays on the kanban, the month view and the planner. Overdue but unpublished planned cards remain visible, since those may still need material.

When creating a slot without a time, its card showed "12:00" as if it were a real time. Now the card and the month view show only the day, and a time appears only when someone actually sets one (in the planner or the video page). Removing a slot's time also removes it from the card.

Creating a slot in the planner now auto-creates its video kanban card and its thumbnail card, with the channel, people and date already set. Everything stays in sync: renaming or moving in one place is reflected in the others, and deleting in one place deletes everywhere (always with a notice telling you whether the card is linked and what else will be deleted). Cards created by hand outside the planner are still possible, but they're flagged with an "Unplanned" notice so you can spot them at a glance.

The Planner and Calendar tabs have been merged into one: Calendar. Inside you'll find a switcher to jump between the three views (weekly planner, kanban and month), which in the end are the same information told three ways. Old links to both sections keep working.

Writing a thumbnail's description no longer moves it to "Pending" on its own (and therefore no longer notifies the thumbnail maker). A note isn't a finished brief: the card stays in "To define" until you move it to another column, and that's when the task notice reaches the thumbnail maker. Same when creating cards: they're always born in "To define", with or without a description.

When expanding the planned-without-material group in Raw footage, its rows now sit inside a box with a tinted background and dashed border attached to the toggle, so they don't blend with the regular videos below.

The video published event now has a default recipient: the project manager. On Discord it reaches their channel instead of dropping into the general channel as an anonymous announcement. Whoever publishes doesn't get notified of their own action; the rest of the team still finds out via the status change to "Published".

Planner cards already showed the assigned editor at the bottom; now they also show the scriptwriter, with their colour and a pencil icon to tell them apart at a glance.

A thumbnail without a brief can't be started, so it no longer sends "due soon" or "overdue" reminders to the thumbnail maker while it's "To define". Reminders resume as soon as it has a brief.

In the planner, when a video moves to "In review", editors and scriptwriters see the card in green: delivering is their last step, so for them it's done. The team managing the review still sees it purple, since they still have work to do.

When linking a video to a planner slot, the card was painted with the status the video had before adopting the slot's one (e.g. "Raw" while the slot was set to "Editing"), even though the kanban already showed it right. Planner and kanban now show the same thing from the very first moment.

Links to externally hosted raw footage (Drive, WeTransfer…) are no longer set only when creating the package: in the Files tab you can add and remove them at any time, just like files. They count as material: if the package was "To record", adding a link marks it as recorded.

On the video page, the kanban and the Raw footage list, the "To record" notice now includes the name of whoever has the recording pending: the recipients chosen when the package was created or, by default, the project's creator.

Creating a video through the "not recorded yet" path now marks the package as pending recording even if it has no material inside, and the notice clears itself when the first raw file arrives. These packages no longer collapse into the planned group: they show in the main list.

Each row now shows the same signals as the kanban: script in green or "No script" in amber, and "Footage" in green with the file count once the footage is in.

The video page now opens with an at-a-glance status board: script, raw footage, resources and recording video, each shown in green (ready, with who uploaded it and when), amber (pending, and whose move it is) or grey (none). Each block jumps to its tab. People and Brief are also collapsed by default so the material comes first.

In the Raw and Raw ready columns, cards now show new chips: "To record" when there's a script or material but no footage yet, "Footage" with the file count once the footage is in, and "No script" when the video still has no script.

Entering "Brief pending" means the card is still being prepared, so it no longer triggers a status-change notification. The designer gets notified when the brief is ready and the card leaves that column.

Thumbnail cards auto-created from a video that already had a designer assigned were born directly in "Pending", skipping "Brief pending". Since the designer's notification is sent when the card leaves the brief stage, it was never sent at all. These cards now always start in "Brief pending" with the designer silently assigned: once you complete the brief and move the card, the notification goes out as usual.

A script uploaded as a file (PDF, Word, text) now has a "Read" button in the package Files section, using the same viewer as other documents. Before you could only download it; reading it inside Horus was only possible from the Script tab.

The right-click menus in the planner and the thumbnails kanban, the script/resources chips and the "To record" badge now use the interface icon set instead of emojis, which looked different on every system.

Slots with a linked video now show tiny icons next to the downloaded check: script, base video, raw footage and resources (each counts both uploaded files and links). You can tell at a glance what the package already has without opening the right-click menu (which remains the place to download them).

If a loose planner slot already had a manually cycled status and you link a video that is still "no status" (just created from the calendar, the wizard or the planner itself), the video adopts that status instead of resetting it. The editor's pre-work in the planner is no longer lost.

Slots whose video hasn't entered the pipeline yet (no raw footage uploaded) no longer show without a label: they display a "No status" chip you can click to cycle the status manually, just like the rest.

Thumbnail cards created without a link can now be connected to a project video from their edit form (only videos without a card show up). When linked, the card inherits the channel and date, its thumbnail maker carries over to the video and everything stays in sync. If already linked, the page shows which video.

Videos created from the calendar or the planner that have nothing in them yet (no footage, script or resources) no longer mix with real raw packages: they sit in a "Planned, no material yet" group at the top of the list, collapsed by default, and their date reads "created" instead of "uploaded". As soon as something is uploaded, the package moves to the main list on its own.

A new thumbnail without a brief starts in "Waiting for brief" even if it already has a thumbnail maker (it used to jump to "In progress"); with a brief it starts in "Pending". When the brief is written later, the card moves to "Pending" on its own, and that is when the assigned thumbnail maker gets their task alert, not before.

Unchecking "Active" on a sponsor removed it from the page with no way to get it back from the UI. Inactive sponsors are now listed in their own section at the bottom, with buttons to reactivate or edit them.

When picking a planner slot in the upload wizard or the calendar's new card, the editor, scriptwriter and thumbnail maker assigned on the slot now show up pre-selected in the form (they were already inherited on create, but the form didn't show it). Anything you pick manually still wins.

When linking a video or card to a planner slot, slots from days before today are hidden behind a button by default, so upcoming days are what you see first. You can expand them whenever needed.

When creating a thumbnail card manually you can pick which video it belongs to (among those without a card yet): it inherits the channel and publish date and stays in sync with the video. And when creating a card from the calendar you can attach it to a planner slot, with the same picker as the wizard: it prefills title, channel and time, and moving the card through statuses moves the slot.

Video, script and thumbnail alerts (uploads, status changes, deliveries) now show the video's scheduled publish date and time, when set. Discord renders it in your own timezone automatically; emails use the project's timezone.

Discord auto-provisioning now creates a private channel for the project manager (avisos-name), visible only to them. Their alerts (new material, scripts…) land there instead of falling back to the server's general channel. It is created when you hit Sync in the project's notification settings.

When a script (or a new version) is uploaded to an existing video, the project manager is now notified too, in addition to whoever records. Same behaviour as when a new package is created with material.

Video status-change and due-date alerts are no longer sent to the thumbnail maker: their notifications come from their thumbnail card. Video status changes now notify the editor and scriptwriter (when assigned), the manager and the project's Client Admins.

New sub-option inside Tiers: give each tier a point value and the planner shows the weekly total per channel (with an optional budget and an over-budget warning), the week total and the breakdown per person. Built to balance your team's workload at a glance.

When moving a slot with a linked video to another day or time, the thumbnail task kept its old due date and still showed as overdue. The new date now propagates to the thumbnails kanban as well.

New Hide/Show button above the planner's ideas. It's a personal view preference: it only affects your browser, the rest of the team still sees the panel.

The planner's scriptwriter, editor and thumbnail maker selectors now only list members with access to the slot's channel (or with access to every channel). A Valorant-only editor no longer shows up when assigning in CS2.

The project manager now gets a default notification (Discord, push) whenever new material lands in Horus: a to-record package, a video's first raw upload, or a link-based upload. Uploaders don't get self-notified, and parallel uploads of the same video produce a single notification.

The planner modal now lets you assign a thumbnail maker on slots without a linked video, just like editor and scriptwriter. And when the slot is later linked to a video, the people assigned in the planner carry over automatically to the video, its Thumbnails card and the kanban: assign once, reflected everywhere.

Packages that already have a script, resources or a recording video but no raw footage yet are highlighted in the videos list with a "To record" badge: the recorder uploads their footage right there, without creating a new video. When the first raw file lands, Horus notifies the assigned editor (or the package recipients) that all the material is ready for editing.

The Files tab now gathers all the video's material by category: raw footage, current script, resources and recording video. Resources get their own tab, and the tab order is now: Files, Script, Resources and Recording video.

When creating a video that hasn't been recorded yet, you can now attach resources (files and named links), just like on already-recorded videos. That section didn't exist before, so resources ended up mixed with the script or the base video.

Planner cards now gather their actions in a right-click menu: download raws, script, resources, open the video page, mark as downloaded, edit and delete the slot. It also works in the 2-week view, which previously had no actions. Only the Downloaded check stays visible on the card. On the thumbnails board, right-click lets you open or delete a card.

The script editor toolbar gets two new selectors: font (Arial, Verdana, Georgia, Times New Roman, Courier New) and text size (12 to 32). The formatting is kept on save and looks the same in read mode.

The payments invoice zip download now streams: it starts right away and large packs no longer affect it. Idea reference uploads are now capped at 15 images per upload.

Downloading the footage pack of a large video could fail silently. Downloads now stream regardless of footage size, the button shows it is being prepared, and if something goes wrong you see the reason. Also, footage is only marked as "Downloaded" when the pack is fully generated, not when requested.

The script editor now supports images: paste them with Ctrl+V, drag them into the document, or insert them from the new toolbar button. They can be deleted like any other block (select and press Delete) and they show up when reading the script too.

Text files in a video's package (PDF, Word, .txt, .md…) now have a "Read" button that opens the document in a viewer inside Horus, in raw files, resources and base material alike. The download button stays where it was.

The "Published" column was too short: with image cards only one fit fully in view. All columns now share the same height, with room for at least three published thumbnails, and each gets its own scrollbar when content overflows.

In Notifications, the "Join your team's Discord server" block only listed projects where you hold a member role. If you manage a project with Discord set up, its server now shows up too.

When dragging a planner slot to another day, the linked video kept its old date on the Calendar kanban (editing the slot did update it). Dragging, including swapping two slots, now syncs the date just like editing does.

The sidebar counters (Calendar, Thumbnails, Payments) now have three levels: violet for items due in the coming days, amber for items due today and red for items past their date. "Today" is computed using the project's timezone.

Anyone signing in with a temporary password through an invitation link could keep browsing with it without ever being asked to change it (the prompt only appeared via the home page). The set-your-password form now shows up no matter where you land.

Planner slots in Raw state no longer show the status label: it suggested the video was underway when it hasn't entered the pipeline yet. The label shows up from Raw ready onwards.

When the manager (or an admin) edited or moved a planner slot, the card didn't show their color bar because they hold no membership in the project. It now paints with a stable personal color, and the history's color dot does the same.

New "History" button in the planner: it lists who created, edited, moved or deleted each slot and when, with the detail of every change (from which value to which). It also records status changes and the download check of linked videos.

When a member joins a project they now get an unused personal color by default, so the planner's "last editor" mark always shows. The manager can change it anytime.

"Due soon" alerts now say whether they're about the video or its thumbnail (both used to say "Task" and looked like duplicates), and each one lands in the member's right room: the video alert in their editor room and the thumbnail alert in their thumbnail room.

When you change a video's day or time (on its page or in the calendar), the linked planner slot updates by itself, and the other way around: moving the slot to another day or changing its time updates the video's date. Previously you had to change it in both places by hand.

As soon as a video has footage (uploaded to Horus or linked) and an editor assigned, it moves from Raw to Raw ready by itself, with no dragging. The kanban, the calendar and the planner slot all update together, and the team gets the usual notification. Order doesn't matter: it works whether the footage or the editor comes first.

In the sidebar, Calendar now shows a counter with videos whose publish date is coming up in the next few days, in red once the date has passed. It only counts videos still in progress: as soon as one is scheduled or published, it drops off. Members see their own (editing and scripting) and managers see the whole project's.

When you invite someone, their password arrives by email: if they sign in with it, their address is confirmed automatically. No more "verify your email" notice for members, and your team stops showing as unverified in the panel. Managers still verify their email as before.

When downloading footage (or a video's package), the download now starts right away and the .zip is generated on the fly. Previously, with large files, the browser would sit "loading" for a while because the server built the whole package before sending anything.

In the footage list, each video with footage now has a "Footage" button that downloads the material as a .zip without opening its page. The package includes only the footage (resources have their own button) and marks the video as downloaded, just like inside the page.

In the footage list, videos with resources show a "Resources" button: if there's just one, it downloads (file) or opens (link) it directly; if there are several, it opens a menu listing each resource to download or open, without entering the video's page.

When two-factor authentication (2FA) is still pending, "My profile" now shows a notice at the top and highlights the Security section with a prominent button, so it's obvious what's required instead of having to guess.

In the footage list, a video's "Thumbnail" tag is now a link: clicking it takes you straight to its card in the Thumbnails module instead of opening the video.

On the thumbnail card, the "Assigned to" dropdown showed "Unassigned" even when a thumbnail maker was assigned, if that person had multiple roles (e.g. editor and thumbnail maker at once). It now shows correctly and can be reassigned.

The sidebar now highlights the current page (calendar, footage, thumbnails...) with a shaded background so you can see where you are at a glance. Previously this highlight didn't show up in some languages.

On both the video and thumbnail boards, the Published column now shows the latest cards and the rest scroll within the column itself, so the board no longer grows endlessly. On the video board, the most recent publications appear at the top.

In the planner's 2-week view, both weeks now share the available width and fit fully on 1080p screens, so the second week is no longer cut off.

Weekly planner cards now change color based on the video's status (raw, editing, edited, scheduled, published), matching the kanban columns. Tiers get their own colored chip, and you can now pick each tier's color from Configure → Tiers. Cards also breathe more, and a new view switcher lets you choose between 1 week (full cards) or 2 weeks side by side in a compact version.

When cycling a video's status from the planner, the notification (Discord, email and web) waits 15 seconds after the last click and is sent once with the final change. If you misclick and land back on the original status, no one gets notified. All other notifications remain instant.

Projects can now be properly archived: they leave the sidebar and lists, become read-only, and can be restored from Configure. Published videos can also be archived to declutter the kanban, with an Archived view in Raws.

Raws gets a title search and a channel filter, and the kanban can be filtered by assigned person (editor, scriptwriter or thumbnail designer).

Loose weekly planner slots now use the same stages and colors as the pipeline, and "Downloaded" is now always a download check instead of another stage in the cycle.

The Details tab is gone: the brief is now edited in its own card on the video page and links live next to the files.

On a sponsor integration you can now link a published Horus video (title and URL autocomplete) or keep typing it manually, whichever you prefer.

An empty planner or kanban now explains what to do first and where each thing comes from, with a direct action.

On plans without the module, Payments, Sponsors and Notifications start off and the toggle shows as locked with its plan notice, instead of letting you turn it off with no way back on.

Email sign-up now detects your browser's timezone instead of leaving you on UTC.

Removing someone from a project's team now asks for confirmation with their name.

The video header counts files and links for real, the thumbnails page shows the same metric as its badge, the dashboard calendar warns about overdue videos, the new-video wizard numbers its steps correctly, and several texts that showed in Spanish on the English UI are now translated. Security now lives inside My profile.

If the script or resources are already uploaded to Horus, the empty external-link fields collapse behind "Add external link": it no longer looks like something is missing when everything is there.

Weekly planner slots linked to a video now show script and resource chips (with a direct link to the video page), just like the calendar. They also appear as badges in the Raws list.

On slots linked to a video you can now see and change the editor, scriptwriter and thumbnail designer right from the planner. Changes are saved on the video, so the video page, the calendar and the Thumbnails board always show the same people.

Calendar cards no longer claim there is no script when it was written or uploaded in Horus: the card and its modal now show the video's script versions and resource files, with a direct link to the video page, alongside the usual links.

You can now assign or unassign the thumbnail designer from the calendar, and any change (calendar, video page, wizard or Thumbnails board) is reflected everywhere at once.

In the wizard's material step, resources are no longer buried under "More options" or link-only: they get their own section next to the script, accepting both files (documents and images) and links. They upload when the video is created.

Resources used to be links only. The Resources section in the Files tab now has an upload button for files: PDF, Word, text and images (up to 100 MB each), downloadable by the whole team. Links keep working as before.

Script versions uploaded as .docx files now have a button to open them right in the Horus editor, converted with their formatting. Read or tweak them there, and saving creates a new version; the original file stays intact and can still be downloaded.

The wizard's material step (both when uploading raws and when preparing a recording) now has a script section with three options: upload a file, paste a link or "Write in Horus", which opens the script editor right after the video is created.

No more Google Docs needed for scripts. Each video's Script tab now has a rich editor: headings, bold, underline, lists, quotes, links and highlights. Write a script from scratch, import a .docx keeping its formatting, and read or edit it inside Horus with a word count and estimated on-camera minutes. Every save creates a new version in the history, so previous ones are never lost. Uploading files or pasting links keeps working as always.

You used to have to discover that channels were created under Modules & channels, and without one the planner showed up empty. Now project creation includes its channels: we pre-fill one with the project's name (rename it if you like) and you can add the rest right there.

The manager dashboard's getting-started checklist now mirrors how work actually flows: plan your week in the planner, create your first video with the wizard (already recorded or not yet, linked to a planned slot) and move the pipeline from the kanban or right from the planner.

On cards with a tier and a status, the time sometimes wrapped to a second line. It now stays pinned to the top right and badges get trimmed if they don't fit.

When assigning a video's or planner slot's editor, only members with an editor role show up now, and the scriptwriter selector lists scriptwriters and Content Managers. Project admins used to appear there too, which was confusing.

Until today the planner was planning only. Now a planner slot can be linked to a real video: when creating a slot you can create its video at the same time, when uploading raw footage you can pick "is this something already planned?" and they get linked, and you can also link existing videos. On linked slots the status is the SAME as the Calendar kanban (moving it here moves it there, notifications included), there's a button to download the raw footage without leaving the planner, a shortcut to the video page, and a "Downloaded" check that gets marked automatically when the editor downloads the material (also visible on the kanban card). An editor can work all day without leaving the planner.

No more endless scrolling on a video page. At the very top: the title with its kanban stage next to it, the channel, and the download-all and go-to-thumbnail buttons always at hand. Below that, people (scriptwriter, editor and now the thumbnail maker too) in a single place. Everything else lives in tabs: Files, Script, Recording video and Details (brief, resources and review links, which weren't even visible here before). If the video started from a script and has no raw files yet, the page opens straight on the script tab.

The double Upload video and Prepare to record buttons are gone: there is now a single New video button that guides you step by step. First you choose where the video is at (already recorded and ready to edit, or not recorded yet with a script and base material), then the title, channel and date, and finally the material. If you can assign people, an optional last step lets you pick the scriptwriter, editor and thumbnail maker without leaving the flow. Advanced options (brief, script link, resources) stay collapsed out of the way.

Removed a blank gap that showed above the content on short pages, and the side menu no longer gets covered by the cookie notice when you open it.

Renaming a video in Raw footage no longer uses the browser's generic text box: it now opens a proper Horus dialog, with the current name pre-filled and save and cancel buttons.

Every payment creation, edit, deletion, paid mark and automatic recalculation is now recorded internally. If there's ever a question about who changed what, the answer exists.

Due-date reminders were checking an internal video status instead of the kanban column, so a video already scheduled or published kept firing task-overdue alerts every day. Now the kanban is the single source of truth: if the card sits in Scheduled or Published, no alert. The duplicate status label on Raw footage cards is gone too.

When a card changed status, every notification was posted in the main assignee's channel, so other assigned members (scriptwriter, thumbnail maker...) got mentioned in a channel they might not even see. Now each member gets their notification in their own channel; the manager's copy still goes to the main assignee's channel.

Roles without upload permission (viewer, thumbnail maker, editors) saw an upload button that always ended in an error. It no longer shows.

In "My projects", the card said "See assigned thumbnails" to everyone, even if your role had no thumbnails. Now the text reflects where it takes you: raw footage for editors, thumbnails for thumbnail designers, and the calendar for everyone else. Also, each script version's date follows the panel language, and script upload errors are shown translated instead of the raw technical message.

When you invite someone who already had a Horus account, the message now makes it clear the invitation stays pending until they accept it, and warns you if they couldn't be notified by email. Also, "Resend invitation" can now regenerate the temporary password of a brand-new account that never signed in and show it to you, even if the email fails.

Profile dates follow the panel language (they used to show month/day/year in Spanish), the thumbnail counter no longer says "1 thumbnails", and the verify-email notice now shows wording that fits team members (it used to mention payments and invites, manager things).

Say hello to the hamburger menu: on mobile the menu lives in a side panel that opens from the top bar, and your content starts right at the top. The verify-email notice stacks vertically and reads properly, and the weekly planner scrolls horizontally instead of squeezing the 7 days into two-letter columns. On large screens everything stays exactly the same.

The pending payments card on the manager dashboard, the timezone list and the 404 page were always in Spanish; now they follow the panel language. Going back to raw footage no longer shows a doubled arrow. Also, when you switch languages the preference is now reliably saved to your account, so email notifications arrive in the right language.

Applying templates on calendar cards now requires the templates permission. Assigning an editor, scriptwriter or thumbnail maker and renaming a video are team decisions: they require their own assign permission, both in the UI and on the server. And dragging thumbnails between kanban columns follows its own permission from the matrix, separate from editing or delivering.

Any nonexistent URL on the site now shows our 404 page in your language instead of the generic server error page.

Access to Thumbnails is now computed from the client's permissions matrix, like every other module. Before, some roles without the "View thumbnails" permission could open the section via its direct URL, and the thumbnail maker couldn't edit thumbnails even when the matrix said they could.

If we update Horus while you have the panel open, you now get a notice with a reload button. Before, buttons in the old tab could fail silently until you refreshed by hand.

The help center grows from 20 to 31 articles: content calendar, templates, scripts, thumbnail deliveries, tiered payments, amount privacy, sponsors, role permissions, time zones, Google sign-in and storage. The older footage and thumbnails articles were updated to match current behavior, and the dashboard's getting-started guide now links to the help center.

When creating or editing a recurring payment with tiers, the modal now shows the current period's math live: how many tiered videos the member has, the per-tier breakdown and the total (or base + tiers). Before it just said "calculated automatically" and the number only appeared once the month's payment was generated.

Thumbnail references and deliveries now go through files only, in their attachment sections. The loose link fields are gone: they created two different places for the same thing and made deliveries easy to miss.

Payment, member and footage rows are slimmer, so more fits on screen without scrolling. In project settings, the details form puts status and timezone on the same row, and tiers and channels sit side by side on wide screens.

The create/edit card, template and payment modals are wider and lay fields out in two columns, so they are nearly half as tall. The profile becomes two columns, and the notifications and new project pages use more of the screen. Cards across the panel are slightly more compact.

The project settings page is organized into tabs: Info, Modules & channels, Team & permissions, and Danger zone. In Footage, "Upload video" and "Prepare to record" are grouped under a single "New video" button. The sidebar footer is now a user menu (theme, help and sign out under your name). And the profile is grouped into "Profile & preferences" and "Access & security".

The card modal groups script, resources and review into a collapsible "Links" section (opens by itself when there is content). The time-conflict warning when applying a template is resolved inline, without another modal on top. Moving a card on the kanban shows "Moved to X" with an Undo button, and network errors no longer pop up as browser alerts. Templates use a regular time field with an explicit "No fixed time" option. And in thumbnails, the reference and delivery sections of the detail view are collapsible with counters.

Full navigation pass: project cards (list, top banner and collaborations) now take you to work in the right module for your role, with settings behind a gear icon. In "Needs attention", the video title opens the video and pending invitations lead to the members section. The sidebar storage bar and the storage card link to your plan. Enabled modules, channel chips on both kanbans and the member name in payments are clickable too. Plus: a more visible back button on video detail, click a file name to play it, a button to open the video URL when editing a thumbnail, and an upload CTA when there is no footage yet.

The calendar channel filter is remembered between sessions. Deleting a card together with its raw footage asks for a second confirmation. Thumbnail correction notes become a compact badge with the text on hover. Script version history folds to the 3 most recent. Inviting a member now happens in its own dialog. The permissions matrix gains a color legend and per-permission explanations. The dashboard summary cards link to their module, and publishing schedule entries open the specific card in the project calendar. Recurring payments on day 29-31 explain when they will be due in shorter months. And personal notifications are now called "My notifications" to avoid mixing them up with project ones.

In the Script section, opening the link or downloading the file required hitting the small icon on the right. The whole version row is now clickable.

The "Danger zone" (delete project) moves to the bottom of the page where it belongs, and the Information side card is gone: who created the project now shows in the header, next to the date.

While typing a thumbnail's title or brief, autosave reset the fields mid-sentence and typed text got lost. Autosave still works the same (with its indicator), but it no longer touches what you're typing.

When opening a modal (edit thumbnail, cards, confirmations) in dark mode, the background behind it got lighter instead of darker. The veil is now always dark in both themes.

"Prepare a video to record" was the last place using the browser's native date picker: it now uses Horus's own calendar, like everywhere else. Along the way, the time you type there is interpreted in the project's timezone (it previously used the typist's browser timezone).

In dark mode, the dropdown calendars of date fields (both Horus's own and the browser's native one) showed up white, as did the member color picker, and the calendar icon was barely visible. They all now respect the dark theme.

A template without an hour doesn't change card times, but it was easy to create one believing it would. The form now warns you when the hour is left empty and won't save minutes without an hour.

The team invite form came with the "Vertical editor" role preselected, making it easy to invite someone with the wrong role. Now no role is preselected and, if you try to invite without picking one, it shows a clear message.

Until now, if the thumbnail designer uploaded the final PNG or a correction but didn't move the card, nobody found out. Uploading a delivery file now notifies the manager (Discord, email or push depending on their preferences), with the file name and a link to the thumbnail. Several uploads in a row generate a single notice.

When creating or editing a recurring payment with "Tiers only" calculation, the amount field required a value even though the server computes it from the editor's videos. The field now shows as locked with a "Calculated automatically" note and you can save without filling it.

Second reactivity batch: the sidebar (alerts, modules, project logo and color, storage) updates as soon as you make a change, without waiting for the periodic poll. Renaming yourself in the profile shows up across the interface immediately. And when switching plans, the billing page picks up Stripe's confirmation on its own, no reload.

First batch of reactivity improvements: creating, editing and deleting weekly planner and calendar cards, saving or deleting ideas, creating, editing or deleting sponsors, creating and editing payments, marking them as paid and managing thumbnail attachments now show up on screen immediately, with no waiting or reloading. If saving fails, the change is reverted with a notice.

In the Sponsors module, "intros" are now called "integrations" across the interface: the monthly quota, buttons and confirmations.

Until now each member had a single room per category, named after their first role: someone who was both manager and editor only had the "manager" room. Sync now creates one room per role (manager, editing, vertical, thumbnails, script...) and each notification lands in the room of the matching role. Existing rooms are kept with their history: they get renamed and missing ones are created on sync.

Recurring payments computed from tiers only added up videos from the current calendar month. Now each payment covers the month ending on its due date, inclusive: a payment due July 15 adds up videos from June 16 to July 15. Consecutive payments leave no gaps and never count a video twice.

In the planner's monthly summary, each member now sees only their own amount. The full breakdown across members is reserved for the manager and project admins. Video assignments remain visible to the whole team.

The manager dashboard flagged videos as "missing thumbnail designer" even when the thumbnail was assigned (or even approved or published) in the thumbnails kanban. It now checks the real kanban assignment, ignores finished thumbnails and excludes vertical channels, which have no thumbnails.

When reloading or navigating to the dashboard with dark mode on, the loading screen showed up white. It now loads with the dark theme from the very first moment, without a white flash.

The script and the base video were already optional, but you had to attach at least one. Now you can create the package with nothing: the first click warns you it will be empty and the second one creates it. You can add the material later.

All link fields (raw footage links, base material, thumbnail and idea references) now use a list of separate links with a + button to add more and X to remove, instead of pasting them together. Also, the Resources field on videos and cards accepts multiple links, and each one can have an optional name shown as clickable text so you know what each resource is.

If besides managing you also edit, make thumbnails or write scripts, you can now add yourself to your projects' team with those roles from the team section. You then show up in task and payment assignment lists and can have your own personal Discord channel. It does not use up seats from your plan.

Payment notifications (with concept and amount) are private: they are only posted to Discord if the member has a personal channel assigned or if you configured a specific channel for payment events. Otherwise they reach the payee by email and browser notification, never the project's general channel.

When creating or editing a channel in a multi-channel project you can mark it as vertical content (Shorts, TikTok, Reels). Those channels do not generate thumbnail tasks: neither automatic ones when uploading a video nor manual ones from the thumbnails module.

If you sign in to Horus with Google and have no password, two-factor authentication is not part of your login, so you will no longer see the red "Required" tag in Security. If you add a password to your account, the 2FA policy applies again.

When you create your account with Google, Horus asks for your timezone, language and an optional password in a single step, so everything is set up right from day one.

The board and the month view could show different times if your browser was in another timezone. All views now use your agency timezone, and the time you type when creating or editing a card is interpreted in that timezone too.

Next to the logo you will see the Beta tag with the version number (v0.9.0), so you always know which version you are on.
