Cookie Policy

Horus uses the minimum cookies required for the platform to work. We do not use marketing, retargeting or aggressive analytics cookies.

Language of record: the Spanish version of this policy is the authoritative one for legal interpretation. This English version is provided for convenience only.

1. Essential cookies (no consent required)

• authjs.session-token: keeps you signed in. Expires when you close the browser or after an inactivity period.
• authjs.csrf-token: CSRF protection on forms.
• horus_consent: remembers your choice in the cookie banner for 1 year.

These cookies are necessary for Horus to work. Under Spanish cookie regulations and the ePrivacy Directive, they don't require prior consent.

2. Third-party cookies (consent required)

When you accept in the cookie banner, Horus may load third-party services that set their own cookies:

• Crisp (in-dashboard live chat): cookies to keep the conversation across pages and recognise you if you come back. Only load if you accept in the banner. Full policy at crisp.chat/privacy.

3. Technical cookies (contextually essential)

• Cloudflare Turnstile (sign-up captcha): temporary cookie to verify you are not a bot. Required to prevent automated registrations.
• Stripe (when you start a payment): cookies required to process the transaction securely. They only show up when you are at Stripe's checkout or customer portal.

4. Analytics cookies

We currently do not use analytics cookies. If we enable them in the future, we will ask for consent again.

5. How to control cookies

You can change your consent choice at any time by deleting the horus_consent cookie from your browser settings; the banner will pop up again next time you visit. You can also delete or block any cookie from your browser, but blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
